As a professional brewer, I dedicate my life to the formulation and production of beer. I have worked in the industry for nearly five years and am driven by my pursuit of knowledge in fermentation and the chemical processes behind beer making. Working at a traditional cask brewery leaves little room for exploring the weird and wonderful, which is why I’m always searching for unique and creative beers to continue my education. This deeper knowledge is something I want to share, and the joy created by building connections over the craft has led me to pursue the qualification of a beer sommelier.

The art and science of brewing is always evolving, fuelling my curiosity for innovative and unconventional approaches to making beer. I want to be the bridge between the brewery and the consumer, answering questions about its history, science, diversity, and approach to tasting.
